Company Europalt was established in 1995. It is an exclusive producer of brake and clutch servo for lorries AVIA, TATRA, LIAZ and KAROSA and brake servo for Škoda Favorit. The seat of company is in Levice. The business premises in Levice and Bratislava deal with the sale of products of own production of company Europalt and also sell the products of other companies e.g. Tanax Trade a.s, Daewoo Avia, Knorr, Sachs, KMGY, Allex Žilina, Autokomponent –kardan Žilina and others. Our products are exported to other countries – Hungary, Poland, China, India and others. Our production facilities enable us to produce special products for both automotive and machine industry, especially garden machinery.
QUALITY SYSTEM:
From 2002 company Europalt spol. s r.o. works in accordance with the quality management system ISO 9001 : 2000 / EN ISO 9001 : 2000 . In 2005 was established and applied a quality management system for Production, assembly and supply of machined, pressed , welded and fired parts for engineering industry Certificate ISO 9001 : 2000 / EN ISO 9001 : 2000 valid until 2011.
ORIENTATION:
Europalt spol. s r.o. nowadays employs around one hundred emploees and disposes of more than fifty production and test equipments in the premises of company.
Manufacturing programme includes chip forming processes by NC and CNC machines - SPT16NC, TAREX A130 CNC, BA 22 CNC, PITTLER PETRA
Among the main manufacturing activities belongs laser cutting of simple and complicated parts by machine TRUMATIC L3030 from company TRUMPF and bending of parts by bending machine TRUMABEND V 230, including of measuring of angles. Besides automatic machining of products we offer also classic machining processes - pressing on machanical and hydraulic presses from 25 -250 t , milling, turning, drilling , and welding by manual welding machines in gaseous shield Ar and CO2.
In 2004 we started to produce products for garden usage – lawnmowers Maestro 1250 for dutch company De WILD B.V. In 2005 we started with serial production of lawnomower GTM 1350 and at present we launched the production of lawnmowers GTM 1350 and GTM 1500 which will be put on the market in 2007.
In 2005 we finished producing the automatic drink machines for dutch company Kramahan Netherland intended for the market in England and at the same time we finished a long term cooperation with company Thuasne Vihome France , for which we produced frames for hospital beds and products of home nursing.
